Live predictions

1. Subject to the rules set out below, we accept predictions for singles, doubles and trebles as part of our normal business. All erroneously accepted prediction accumulators that do not comply with the above format and conditions will be paid as prediction trebles, with the relevant rate divided equally between the number of trebles available.

2. Estimated rates are settled from profit declared in CSF or BAGS/BEGS F/C. Any premium for double or triple bets on predictions is added to the calculated total profit, i. e. i. e. excluding bonus for each stage.

3. Prediction bets are void if there are fewer than three runners in the event or if you select an undetermined favourite.

Tricast

International races

1. A game of "Race Winner" where an early odds ("EP") are taken will be decided to the odds offered by Betway.

2. When the starting odds ("SP") are taken, games will be decided to the Industry SP - as stated by the Press Association ("PA").

Ante post-wet meter

3. Ante-Post bets are bets placed on horses at our quoted prices before the race is deemed ‘Day of Event’ (‘Day of Event’ is a term used to describe the point at which overnight declarations are made).

4. All bets placed after the overnight declaration stage will be settled in accordance with our Early Prices/Race Day rules (i. e. money back if non-runner but subject to deductions as per Rule 4).

5. If odds are incorrectly quoted on the website during the Ante Post Entry/Forfeit or Declaration Period, such bets will be void.

6. In accordance with the principles of the Tattersalls Committee's Rules of Racing, Ante Post bets will be declared void in the following circumstances, otherwise bets will stand.

7. *If an Ante Post horse race is abandoned and run at an alternative racecourse or surface, Ante Post bets will be void.

8. *If an Ante Post horse race is cancelled and placed on the same track on the same surface, then all Ante Post bets will remain valid. All bets for the UK and Irish horse race will be performed according to the First Past Post (FPP) and the official result.

Walkovers / Void races

All bets on races that are declared a walkover or declared void will be considered void, regardless of whether you win or lose.

Withdrawals/non-running participants

1. If a horse arrives as instructed by the starter but refuses to race, the bet will be forfeited. This includes cases where a horse remains in the stalls or is left behind (or loses many lengths) in the starting area.

2. In all horse races where a runner withdraws or is deemed not to start and is therefore declared a non-starter by the starter, bets on that selection are refunded (except for Ante Post bets).

3. Bets on the remaining runners in that race placed in early or show prizes prior to withdrawal will be settled. This is based on Tattersalls Rule 4 (see above) and is based on the price of the non-running runner at the time it was withdrawn.

Winning distances

7. Enhanced Place Double: An Enhanced Place Double is 1 bet consisting of 2 selections at enhanced odds, all selections must place. If any of the selections is not a runner, all bets are void unless the result is already known. 8. Enhanced Win Double: An Enhanced Win Double is 1 bet involving 2 selections at enhanced odds, all selections must win. If one of the selections does not win, all bets are void unless the result is already known.

9. Trainers to train a double: If your selected trainer wins 2 races or more, the bet is a winner. Any non-runners count as losers.

Insurebet (Horse Racing)

Insurebet insures the customer's bet if their horse loses. You will get your money back in cash if your horse finishes second or third. If you choose any of these options, you will get a slightly lower price.

R4 may be deducted for non-exceeding. *For example, horse X is offered at 11/4 in the fall insurance market when his standard price to win the race is 4/1. A Rule 4 deduction of 20p will apply on the 4/1 price.

Fall protection
